Navarro sprach über die Aktionen der Abteilungen Planung und Steuerung, Operations, Soziales, Gesundheit und Medizin, Universität Corporate Cultural Amaral Carvalho, Marketing Communications und Institutionelle Projekte. Zu den Aktivitäten für das Jahr 2012 sind die Fertigstellung des elektronischen Lohnzettel für Mitarbeiter, Veranstaltungen von Freiwilligen der Institution organisiert; Durchführung freier Aktivitäten, Kultur und Unterhaltung für Patienten, Pflegepersonal und der Gemeinschaft im Allgemeinen; Insertionen Medienberichterstattung Jauense und regionale und Fundraising.
Nach der Superintendent, wurden die Bereiche ihre Rollen effektiv gespielt und die Ergebnisse waren positiv. "Natürlich haben wir immer diskutieren und Verbesserungen, aber heute feiern wir ein Gleichgewicht Rechnungswesen noch fehlen, sondern eine soziale eher positiv, insbesondere zugunsten der bedürftigsten Patienten, die sind hier nicht nur um die Erkrankung zu behandeln, sondern auch Liebe und Hoffnung.
